Ioanna (or “Yana” as she is known) was born in Odessa, Ukraine and lived there until 2009, whereupon she and her family immigrated to Canada. In 2014, Yana graduated from the Dental Reception Co-Ordinator Program at VCC. Since joining Slocan Dental in 2018, Yana has proven to be an invaluable team member, always providing patients the help they need in an efficient and courteous manner.

In her spare time, Yana enjoys photography, spending time with family and friends, going on hikes, and gardening.
